Two-Story Frontenac Renovation
This five-bedroom, two-story residence in Frontenac was custom built for the owners around 30 years ago. The layout of the home was no longer a good fit for their empty-nester lifestyle. The owners considered moving, but they loved their environment and chose to renovate. The result was a reconfigured main floor living space and an additional 408 square foot, four-season room. This provided the appropriate entertaining space and “functional family center” requested by the homeowners.
